Fionnuala Walsh FCA
Fionnuala is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. She has over 30 years’ experience as an Accountant and Tax Advisor acting for a wide range of commercial and entrepreneurial clients, particularly in manufacturing, property development, retail, healthcare, agriculture and an array of voluntary organisations and charities.
She has extensive experience in auditing small and medium sized entities and has a significant portfolio of commercial clients operating in all sectors.
She specialises in estate planning, farm taxation issues, Revenue Audits, VAT on property, divestments of family companies and all personal tax planning issues. She also has considerable experience of negotiating with funding institutions and due diligence work.
Patrick Mc Sharry ACA, AITI
Patrick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate of The Irish Taxation Institute. He has extensive experience in auditing small and medium sized entities with a wide range of clients across the commercial spectrum.
Patrick also has significant experience as a tax advisor in areas such as personal and corporation tax. He specialises in corporate tax advisory work including areas of tax planning, group reorganisations, business disposal and acquisitions, remuneration planning, tax efficient structuring and due diligence.
Patrick works closely with start-ups and existing businesses, assisting them in achieving their financial objectives.
