Sole traders
Preparation of year end accounts which are used as a basis for income tax returns. We aim to prepare accounts on a timely basis to ensure that you are aware of any tax liability in good time prior to the tax deadline.
Companies
All limited companies in Ireland are obliged to prepare statutory financial statements, regardless of the statutory requirement to have an annual audit in Ireland. McDonald Walsh can assist your company with the preparation of the statutory financial statements, while also ensuring the financial statements comply with the relevant accounting standards and Irish company law. We will also prepare the relevant abridged financial statements for filing with the Companies Registration Office in Ireland and file the company Corporation Tax Return with the Revenue
When preparing accounts, we highlight any issues that will require attention and make specific recommendations for improvement. We also provide advice on the financial management of your organisation.
